My messages are lost!

A buyer sent me a message today, and I responded to her questions and sent the response. Now I don't see either message. They are gone and I looked on Etsy help but found nothing that fit my problem. Any thoughts on what happened?

Did you check your spam folder?  Some sellers have been sharing a glitch where Etsy has been automatically moving their important messages to spam.

I just had the same thing happen. I told her I will get back to you in the morning with some information. Now both messages are gone.

If messages are disappearing and several sellers are experiencing this, I'd suggest reposting this in the Technical Issues in the forums where posts are monitored by Etsy.

I found out mine disappeared because Etsy put them in my junk folder!
