Etsy Sellers App is not dependable: Orders not showing

I have 35 open orders. But no matter what settings I use in the Sellers App, only 20 of those are showing, are seen.

Anyone else with the same issue?

Same here. When I have that many open orders, I see the same thing. Not all orders are showing. The list just cuts off. I've learned to rely on my desktop or phone browser when I need to get real info in my shop.

I have all kinds of issues with the app.  It will show an order as being an open order when it's actually been sent.  I've learned not to rely on it.

That's pretty bad, not showing open Orders. I've not used it, and have heard it is glitchy, but to not show Orders takes it to a new level of glitchiness.  And yet Etsy keeps pushing the thing so much, you'd think they would attempt to fix the problems (or at least the major ones). Not showing open Orders is pretty major.

I only use the app for quick notifications.  I haven't found it dependable enough to rely on.
