About a week ago I have accidentally noticed a few messages from my customers in my spam box. I never checked the spam as I thought that if I do not mark message as a spam, it will not go to the spam box. The messages had no indication to go to the spam automatically as all of them from the real potential customers and one from my existing customer.
I missed my 24 hours target to reply because of this. My message response rate now 97% instead of 100%. I think it was some glitch so it should not affect my response rate.

You should be getting a message from Etsy. They started sending them out yesterday and admitted that response rates were wrong because of their programming error, so SS will be reinstated for those that missed it because of this.
EDITED: Oops, AudreyTherese has more current info on this than I do. Glad to read Etsy is taking some ownership of this one!
