Hello, I noticed in the Star Seller stats that there is one reply marked as after 24 hours. I downloaded the stats to check, and the message they noted was responded to in 23 ½ hours (not longer than 24). The other issue, is that the only reason that my reply was so late, was that Etsy had placed the original message in the Spam folder. Could you please correct the stats for me? Thank you, Jonathon
@UnMintedLTD: Etsy has stated repeatedly that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats, but if the reply was within the 24 hour reply window they may be able to correct the underlying data and then the stats will auto-update.
Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

I tried contacting Etsy support via chat, and was sent back here to this forum - Etsy - please note that your messages calculation is incorrect, and that your spam bot is sending valid messages to spam.
This is what happened to me. My message was in spam for a few days then I saw it in spam and I responded to the message in the spam folder. The next day I moved the spam message to inbox as it was not spam and I didnot want to miss a reply message from the person and it brought my rating from 100 ro 75 percent. I have sent help requests with what happened and I have had no response at all from Etsy.
