I haven't read about etsy's policy at all, so I apologize for any mistakes I may have inadvertently made. Please correct my message settings so that I can work with etsy's policy from now on.

In the meantime, you should finish your shop front. Add videos & photos of you making these items in your About section.

In your profile you say We. - you need to name the members in your shop in your About section. If you design the items and work with a manufacturer, you must name your production partner in your About section and listings.

@Nowalhandicraft: "Please correct my message settings ..." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages seny you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

"I haven't read about etsy's policy at all ..." You may want to read https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/reselling/239324376512 and https://www.etsy.com/legal/handmade first to make sure that your listings comply with Etsy's rules, particularly as to what Etsy considers "handmade".
