My ka ching sounds are really confused!!

This is not a major problem but just wondering if anyone is having the same experiences? One of the things I love about my Etsy sales are the exciting sound of "ka ching" my device makes when I make a sale. However lately these sounds have been not happening at the same time as I receive the email. Now they are sometimes way after, sometimes not at all and then this morning was the most confusing, the sound went off for a sale I made three days ago! Just interested in other's thoughts and experiences, but no complaints as obviously it's great to make any sale at all....

Yes, I've experienced delayed cha-chings - sometimes when I'm even using my phone, so I know it's not my phone.

Ihave had the same issue off and on for the last 4 or 5 days with sales and message notifications.

The Cha-chings are ding and  dashing..hope they don't leave a flaming bag of dog poo on the porch!

@Crochetlovemelbourne  There are quite a few threads on this issue in this forum - general consensus is use a browser not the app for order management

Generally to fix the cha-ching thing is to remove the app and reinstall it. that usually works to fix it.

The Etsy app has always been glitchy here and there. ( even the newer one).

The app notifications have always had an on-again off-again issue.  I've never un-installed the app and the issue just rights itself after awhile.  This issue seems to be as old as apps themselves.

Just wondering if your KaChing every came back?  Mine disappeared when I downloaded the new ETSY seller app.  Not sure how to get it back either.
