My items are not available although they are active

My items are not available although they are active. My items are automatically renewed and appear active, however when requesting their purchase I receive a message that they are not available. Does this happen to anyone else?

Do you mean that you are trying to purchase your own items? If so that may be the reason as you can't buy from yourself.

I just added one of your items to my cart with no issue and no unavailable message.

I did notice that you appear to have some listing missing in your shop. The section will say like 20 items but will only show 4 so not sure whats going on with that. Have you had any listings removed by etsy?

I am not trying to purchase an item from my account. I know I can't. You can add any of the four that are available, but I have another 46 assets that do not appear as available

I put one of your items in the cart, and everything looks fine.

There are people trying to scam or cheat sellers.

They claim they cannot purchase, and ask for your email, and then try to get your bank info, or access to your computer, etc.

Just mark any messages like this as spam.

You can't buy from yourself and If you move your items from one section to another they can disappear for a while and pop up in their sections later.

It´s not that, if you enter my store, it says "paintings on paper" and 31 items appear, however when you access them it only shows 4

Did you just recently add them or move them to that section? This has happened to me where my listings are in the full shop but not in the sections for sometimes up to several hours after moving them like etsy takes time to re-populate my categories with the newly added listings. Have you been going through your listings manager trying to move them around to get them to show up?

I seem to be the only one so far who sees what you mean..... I do see all of your listings but most of your items when I click on them, I get the grey message with the sad face "Sorry this item is Unavailable."..... that is odd for sure!!!  I wish I could tell you why that is happening but I don't know why.

I am showing you only have 5 products and each one only has one available. Have you checked the quantities you set on your listing pages? I noticed you have several sections that have no products. Sections should not show up if there are no products in them.

I like your art., I see it as well. If I click on a listing above it is a grey sad face saying it is unavailable. If i click on 'see item details' there is no cart so no way to purchase. So you basically have a gallery for admirers at the moment. You need to take screenshots and send it to help so they can fix it.

Yes, I see now that your items are not showing properly.

I count 50 items or listings in your shop, but then it says you have 5 items, and then when clicking on some of the sections, it shows no listings.

When I searched for yellow paintings in your shop, nothing comes up, so your shop is not properly indexed.

I would contact etsy support by email, and put in the subject line of the email SHOP NOT FULLY INDEXED / LISTED ITEMS SHOW AS UNAVAILABLE, and explain about the issues you have.

And I just tried to put the yellow paintings in my cart, and I got the message that the item is unavailable.

@YolandaValverdeArte. Try deactivating everything in shop manager - listings, then reactivate.  This is NOT deleting, and you won't be charged anything.  You could test by deactivation one section, or a few listings, if you want to be sure.

I can see 50 items when looking at your shop. Then I click "paintings on canvas 12", there are zero. "Painting on paper 31", but there are only four. Then I click on "illustrations 5", there is one showing. Then I click on "works in paper 1", there are zero showing. It's really messed up.

I'm seeing the issue. You have a section with 31 listings however when I click on the section heading only 4 listings appear. I clicked on one of those listings and got the 'unavailable' message. As @PillowDetails suggests, I would try deactivating one of those unavailable listings and then wait 5 mins and then reactivate it again. 

Also are you using the app or a browser? Did you do any bulk editing recently?

Your shop is searchable now,  items showing in sections, and no longer giving the message that they are unavailable.
