some of my tracking numbers from last week (Aug30-31) update after September 1st and some still have not updated on Etsy (Pre- transit), but I can track all 11 tracking numbers on USPS.com, most of them are already delivered.
because of these 11 tracking numbers, I lost star seller for September, and customer service seems cannot help with this issue.
You will have to contact Etsy with the order & tracking numbers so they can manually verify and update the status of the orders.
Customer service can assist with this, they have had to change mine on several occasions as the dashboard does not always update correctly

You have to insist, if the tracking numbers are correct and the parcels have been delivered but your tracking will not update in your dashboard only they can fix this.
I once had a customer service agent tell me they could do nothing about it and suggested that I contact the customer and get them to write a letter to Etsy detailing they have received the parcel.
I was so shocked by his reply that I copy and pasted the tracking links from both USPS and POSTNL websites showing the parcel was delivered over a week before and within 2 minutes the same customer service agent (who could not assist me 2 minutes before) fixed my "in transit" to delivered.
No one in the forum can do this for you, they have no access to your dashboard
@MeowChin: "I can track all 11 tracking numbers on USPS.com" Make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.
Unfortunately we are at the mercy of when, if, and how often AfterShip (Etsy's third party tracking vendor) updates the underlying data. Perhaps one of the Etsy mods who has been able to get the tracking checked will see this post. While Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats, they have been able to get the underlying data corrected in some cases and then the Star Seller stats auto update (but not retroactively).
thank you for your reply. for now all my 11 tracking numbers show "DELIVERED" on USPS.com, but 5 of them on Etsy still show "Pre-transit", they are not updated at all.
And I still have 4 orders have not updated yet from last week. it is so weird because all my tracking numbers updated on time before Aug 30th.
If etsy cannot fix this issue, then i think i lose star seller forever..

It is their system which is faulty.
There is not 1 single person in the forum which can fix this for you, you have to contact etsy
I tried to send the order numbers with trakcing info to the agent, but she said she could find them. then she gave me a link and asked me to post here. she said "the specialist team can take a look on your metrics." because she could not help me at her end.
i think i will just wait few days for the specialist team. if no one comes to fix this issue, then i contact customer service again. thank you for your help
For star seller, etsy doesn't look at whether they are in transit or not,
you just have to put a valid number in etsy, by the ship date
have a look at the CSV, to see if it's a date problem, or a valid tracking number problem.

I follow all these steps correctly and on time. with all "pre-transit" orders in the CSV form, they were marked not ship on time.
on the order receipt, there is a "ship by" date
on the order, there is an actual ship date
Is the ship date on the order , on or before the actual ship-by date on the order receipt?

I shipped on or before the "ship by" date. no late. for this week, my tracking all updeted on time. just past two weeks had issue. I will contact customer service again to fix it
