My item appears as sold out but there is no order

I was managing my listings and one suddenly appeared as sold out without actually having made a sale. Now it asks me to pay the 0.20 to renew it but it was not actually sold. I am very confused.

You have no sales. Is the listing in expired?

No, it moved to sold out, not expired, and I had just created it this morning. That is why I am so confused.

That is weird. So you're saying, when you go to "Listings", this one particular item is in "Sold Out" (and has the Sold Out label on it), yet it was never sold?

ETA: And you have nothing in your Shop Manager under "Orders"? If there was an Order Processing, that would show as well. Hmmmm.

You need to contact Etsy Support and have them fix it.

Etsy likely removed it because the cc failed, or they knew it was a scam.  

Scammers tend to target new shops.

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
