My first sell didn't work and I don't know why

I received a message, that one item was sold. I was supposed to follow a link which didn't work. Also I couldn't answer the message to ask somebody. How is it possible to get support from a real person in etsy?
Now the link expired and I do not find the sell in my orders. That's really sad, that I don't understand the technical stuff and cannot ask anybody.

That was a scam, you have no sales.

Sales will show up in your dashboard, you do not need to reply to emails to process the sale.

As @ReginaldSpleen says, this is a known SCAM.

The reason you couldn't reply to the message you received is because Etsy removed the fraudulent account already.

Genuine Messages from Etsy will only appear in the 'from Etsy' folder in your message inbox (view on browser)

Mark scam or suspicious messages as SPAM so that real Etsy staff can investigate them.

Remember: do not click on links in emails. Go directly to your shop manager in order to manage your shop.

@renasWelt: Unfortunately it is NOT an order - real orders will show up on your Orders & Shipping page and your Payments page.
