I'd see if Etsy has sent you any emails (check spam or junk folders to be sure). Normally, this does appear to be either your banking and shop info doesn't match, banking info not sufficient, or could be what you are trying to sell.
since none of that is my knowledge or business...sorry. Put in a ticket (don't keep creating new ones) and see what you can find out.
