Etsy Help won't sign in

Since yesterday I try to sign into the Etsy Help section of the sign and the page doesn't go anywhere. Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix? I'm not having any issues with signing into any other part of Etsy.

Once you log into Etsy, there is no further signing in required.

I've always thought that true as well, but have been puzzled when I go to Help and see "Sign In" at the top (I thought we already were).  I never clicked onto it for this reason.

If you click sign in, it changes from the words to your avatar, and clicking it again shows a link to your support requests.

I go to Etsy Help on the side bar and it opens another page for Etsy Help. I click sign in, the page flashes, comes up with a notice that "by browsing etsy you agree to use cookies" and nothing else happens. There's no notice on my browser that a pop up was blocked and it doesn't sign in and change to my avatar. I just checked and I still cannot access the Etsy Help page to check my support tickets.

If you haven't already, clear cookies and cache in your browser history. If that doesn't work, try a different browser or restart your computer/device.
