My dispatch time on my star seller is down to 94% even though I never miss a dispatch date...

So I got star seller again this month (woo!) but its saying im off track for March as my dispatch time is down to 94%... well, I always send my orders well ahead of time, and, they are all sent via email, so.... huh??! 

I asked customer services about it, which was a total waste of time as they cant do anything about anything, so, she just told me to come and mention it on here, so here I am! 

So, now what?!!!xxx

Download the csv from the link on the Fast Shipping box and it will tell you which order(s) are missing tracking or shipped late.

All my orders are sent via email, so they’re always on time, that’s why I’m so confusedby it all!!xxx

Therefore you're missing tracking info on physical orders over £10, as you email them.
