My customers cannot load my listing

Few of my customers have recently sent me a message that they cannot load my listing and some even said a message indicating' the item is not available in your region' showed in the middle of loading my shop listings . May I know how to fix the problem or is there any technical issue with my shop listing?

"Etsy restriction on sales to the United States: Etsy sellers located outside of the United States are restricted from selling the following to buyers located in the United States:

• Live plants, seeds, cuttings, and bulbs that can be planted
• Soil with organic substances. This does not include non-organic potting material such as pumice, gravel, and sand.
• Organic fertilizers and soil conditioners, such as manure, compost, worm castings, worm/compost tea, sphagnum peat, grass clippings, straw, wood chips, and guano."

You did not say where your potential buyer is from, but if they are from the US they will not be able to purchase.
For details on Etsy limiting viewing/purchase for other countries you should read thru Etsy's policy link first. Then if you still have questions you will need to contact Etsy for further clarification.

I've had this recently and it's so frustrating. Took me ages to get it sorted and I had to do several online chats with Etsy in order to get my case escalated. Apparently my listings were restricted because it was thought that there were local restrictions, but this was an error on Etsy's part and the listings were eventually re activated. Checked my local restrictions and I was not in breach of anything, plus other people on Etsy in the same country still had their listings of a similar ilk all working with no glitches. I had at least 3 weeks of not being able to sell my biggest earners, I've lost £££'s, and I didn't even get an apology. Like you, the first I knew of it was when customers brought it to my attention. It was frustrating for both parties, particularly having no prior notification of the restrictions being put in place. My advice would be check that you're not in breach of anything and then go through the steps to speak to someone online at Etsy. 

community & help > contact us > selling on Etsy > managing my shop and listings > manage listings > scroll down to "I still need help"

You'll have to go to 'manage listings' as opposed to 'I can't find my listing' otherwise you'll only be given the option to send Etsy an email. If you go via 'manage listings', you'll have the option to speak to someone online or have someone call you. In my experience of trying to resolve the last issues I had, the option for call back is the quickest way to resolve things, and everyone I spoke to was always very friendly.
