My bestseller list was deleted for the second time.

Our store's bestseller list has been deleted for the second time this year. I first listed on Etsy in 2021 and it's been doing well for the past 3 years. It has been deleted twice recently.
The first time it was recovered by mistake (notice from Etsy).
The second time was 21 days ago. I immediately contacted Etsy support and received a response that will be sent to a subject matter expert for review. But since then I have not received any response from the support team. All my new support requests were closed without any response.
What do I need to do to contact Etsy support?

You should have received an email with the reason. Without knowing why, there is not much we can assist you with. You may want to check google images to see if any other store has stolen you photos. If they have, Etsy may think you are a reseller, not the person who handmade these items. If in fact, you did not make them, that could also be the reason if they found them for sale on other sites.

Yes, Etsy did say that it was removed due to manual policy violations. My product's image was stolen and posted for sale in many different places. I also saw Chinese stores stealing our image after my product became "Best Seller".
The first time it was deleted, I provided full pictures and videos of us making the product we made ourselves.
But it's crazy to delete a product that's been sold for 3 years by people who stole it later.

Handmaking over 5,000 in a few years is a daunting task.  If you have production partners you should list them.  It would be a good addition to your shop showing you making a dreamcatcher in a video about you.  Etsy may think you are reselling your items and someone reported you.

We are a working team and I started 3 years ago. Of course the products are all made and designed by me.

I also submitted videos and images of my work to Etsy during my first appeal. But this second time I received no response from the support team about the listing being removed. It's difficult to contact the Etsy team for support and evidence, and I'd like anyone's help on how to contact them.

@DreamSShopVn But your store pictures show multiple people making the items and yet they are not listed in your store. Your items are found on many websites for sale. You need to figure out what is necessary to be able to sell on Etsy, and quickly. Etsy is suspending resellers faster than ever.

@DragonflyDreams1 Thank you, I will update our store members. I always keep video images of my works, as well as our work. But what I'm trying to say is that contacting Etsy Support is difficult and often unanswered.
