Cannot Change to Individual, No SSN Input Field, There was an error saving

Hi,

10 days ago I submitted a support ticket about this issue and so far did not receive any response or help from the Etsy team. 

Initially, I used my company's EIN but I started a new brand and want to use my own SSN for tax purposes. 

On this page (https://www.etsy.com/your/account/taxpayerid/edit), when I change the radio button to Individual or sole proprietorship, there's no field to input SSN. And clicking Submit to Etsy keeps showing the same error.

There was an error saving your taxpayer information. Please try again.

I know bugs creep in here and there but it seems to be affecting a bunch of other people on the forum.

Would be nice if the Etsy team fixed the issue or at least responded back.

@ZenDealzShop  since you have no sales, I would start a new shop.

Is the current shop the one with the EIN?  Do you have employees?  If so then the EIN is necessary.  

If you want to start another line of business separate from the one this shop was started for, start a new shop.
