My bank account is not being verified

My bank first bank account was verified but I decided to change my banking information. My second banking information was not even though I provided all the requested documents. I then decided to switch back to the initial bank and now even this is being rejected even though they sent a small deposit to confirm the account ? Please help as this is very important matter. I have already created a ticked some time ago but I have received no help from Etsy.

was the name on the new bank account identical to the 1st one, full name, not an initial anywhere?

also, Canada has recently implemented new platform reporting laws, you need your SIN in the "additional taxpayer ID", so changing bank account might have triggered this requirement too.
