Issue Checking Out

I am trying to order from another Etsy seller, and when I try to check out, all the payment buttons (ie, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc) are greyed out. I want to select PayPal, but I can’t select any payment options other than paying with my cards on file on Etsy. I don’t ever update those since I always pay with PayPal. It’s happening with all the items in my cart, all from different sellers. Is there a known issue with payment options going on? This is discouraging to see, because who knows if it’s stopping people from ordering from me too?!

I just added one of your items to my cart and all payment methods are available.

Sounds more likely that it's an issue with that particular shop. Every once in a while we see a shop in here and they have no payment methods available, as far as I know support needs to check out why and fix it. If it was more widespread there would quickly be many, many posts about it.

You may have to go in and try to do each seller individually, one of them may have an issue,  or they are in a country that doesn't accent pay pal.

Yeah (as above) try checking out with only one shop at a time and see if that helps.

Recently shops in Germany have had a problem with PayPal payment method.
