My account is paused and on Vacation mode by Wtsy Since 1 month ago and they dashboard showing that Your shop will stay in Holiday mode while we review your info.
Still I am waiting and not receiving any email from Etsy about what type of Documents they required to be Submitted.
I have already shared my Government issued ID and if anything else needed so I will provide them.
I tried too many time Contacting Etsy but they are not giving me any response.
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
Make sure it all matches, the bank account the ID eat. Sometimes having your name spelled differently on one Such as Shelly Smith on one and Michelle D Smith on another can cause red flags, or if your bank account is in another name like Husband/Wife

Contact them via the help section in your dashboard. Keep replying with "still need help" on the 1 ticket / email. eventually someone will get round to assisting you.
There are only other sellers in the forum, only Etsy can re-open your shop
