Bewertung mit Sternen

Hallo, ich habe jetzt schon mehrmals von Käufern erfahren, dass sie nur einen Stern vergeben können. Ich habe auch schon Bewertungen in denen steht "alles super, bin begeistert" und es ist nur ein Stern vergeben. Nachfragen bestätigen die Zufriedenheit der Kunden.

Eine Kundin schrieb, dass sie lieber nicht bewertet als nur mit einem Stern.

Ist das ein technisches Problem oder ein Anwenderfehler.

Ich schließe mich TONAart an und habe selbst eine sehr zufriedene Bewertung (in Worten) bekommen, die jedoch nur einen Stern darstellt. Dies verzerrt mein Bild an die Kunden und blockiert für mich die Möglichkeit, ein "Verkäuferstar" zu werden.

Kann diese Bewertung von Etsy gelöscht werden?

You have replied to it, so it locked it in.

If you hadn't replied, the buyer could have changed it, or deleted it, but they can't now.

Etsy won't remove it, as it does not fall within the limited legal reasons for them to be able to do so..
