My Support Requests page (on the Etsy site) has shown that one of my cases was updated 1 hour ago, but when I click on the case, there is no update (only shows my previous posts).
Also, no email was received either. It isn't missing, I have a program that sees what emails are on our server before I download them.
Is there usually such a long time lag?
I think they show that when someone read the ticket or passed it along to the appropriate department, so you might not get an email. I've had it happen a lot.
