I did not receive the Star Seller badge this month. After reviewing my orders, I can confirm that every item was shipped on time. However, Etsy’s system is missing the “Delivered” status for several completed orders. Could you please investigate these errors and correct them?
Delivered has nothing to do with Star Seller. You must ship everything on time and with valid tracking.
And, Etsy fixes nothing as far as SSB is concerned.
We are just other sellers here. No one can investigate anything. Etsy does not adjust SS stats. Usually people are misinterpreting the data or criteria.
After reviewing my orders, I confirmed that every item was shipped exactly on its scheduled date and time with no delays. However, for several completed orders, Etsy does not show the on-time delivery information in the list.
@youmin @SarusWeddingTree : For Star Seller, delivered is immaterial - shipped on time with verifiable tracking is what counts. You need to check the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service page (previous review period for July 1st badges and star) to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).
@HazelsSewingSupplies @TickleYourWitch I had a situation where Etsy did update their information for Star Seller after I found an error. Etsy Support can't fix right away but they send to another team who can make updates. If sellers find errors after checking their CSV, they should contact Etsy Support to investigate and fix.
