My Star Seller Badge was calculated incorrectly!

I have 100% message rate, 5.0 average rating, and 97% ship rate and I missed being a star seller? WTF?

Stats change on the first of the month. Are you sure you're looking at the right month? You need to be in the "previous" tab in order to see the stats for today's badge.

Download the information from your Star Seller dashboard to see which messages you didn't answer.

But I didn't miss messages? I had 100% responses. My shipping was 97% but the threshhold is 95%?

I went to your shop.

I looked at the badges at the top of your shop.

You are missing the Messages badge.

Download the shipping cvs files to get the details on what Etsy used to determine your scores.

If it was messages - mark messsages that you missed responding to as spam. Star Seller will update. I've seen it take days.

@mommawhazelsquilts: Changes to the underlying data (such as marking an unanswered new thread as SPAM after the 24 hour reply window) are never retroactive. The state of the world at the time the Star Seller star and badges are calculated is set in stone.

I'm not sure if marking messages from last star seller period will update this periods badge - but it will definitely help for the period starting in Nov.

I'd love to know what happens in a day or so one way or the other.
