My Shop is not yet verified

I have submitted all legal documents to etsy on Jun 16, 2023 but till today no response from etsy side to verify my shop and its suspended without any reason also my shop is on holiday mode. Its my first account with etsy and facing this situation I think etsy is good platform for new seller but its not. I didn't recommended to my friend and family .

Have you opened a support ticket? Make sure to reply to the automatic response with "still need help." have you received any additional emails from etsy (check your spam folder) requesting additional information. If you do open a support ticket, keep responding to that single support ticket--don't create new ones. 

Did you name on your bank match the name you use on your etsy account?
