I really don't know what happened with my account as it went on holiday with no mails I received linked with my account on holiday. It has been stated in my dashboard it will take 48 hrs for reviewing my account and it has been more than that. When tried to contacting the Etsy support they claim it has been an error from the Etsy. Do you even know how much its affects to the seller for shutting their shop for your own errors . I am totally dependent on Etsy and after restarting my shop it will goes down in the search page visibility and I have lost my star seller badge due to this . Etsy should take seriously for this kind of errors to prevent the sellers and shops so they do not leave such a platform like Etsy. Also they are not confirming when it will restart .
