I have noticed a significant drop in sales in the last 2 months and customers have advised me that they cannot find my shop when they search for it (UNEEKExpressions). I sent a link of my Etsy shop to a customer and they received a message saying "Sorry, the page you were looking for was not found". My Shop is in good health (no money oustanding or cases reported), so I have no idea why customers cannot view my shop. From my shop manager it looks like everything is OK....but it is very clear that there is a serious problem that is costing me a lot of money in lost sales. Can someone please advise what the problem could be.
