Is there anyway to fix the star seller "on-time" shipping calculations if I shipped on time but didn't put in tracking info till this evening? It's not late and shows it has already left the post office. I don't want to get marked down for being unable to enter in tracking number till just now because of work.

Not enough information to give an accurate answer, because you don't say how long it was between when it shipped and now when you're putting in the tracking. Best I can say is to put the tracking in now and check back in 24-48 hours to see if it's been updated.
Unfortunately you did not meet the requirement for star seller. If you read the Q&A Star Seller in your shop manager dashboard you'll see:
"Adding tracking to all physical orders is one of the criteria for Star Seller if you’re in the US. If you mark an order as complete without adding tracking, it does not meet the requirement for Star Seller."
@KrewphoriaKrafts: As long as you marked the order complete on or before the scheduled ship date you should be okay.
