My Shop Is Stuck in Vacation Mode – Need Help from Real Support

Hello,
My shop SoftLustreJewelry has been in Vacation Mode for almost a month, and I haven’t been able to reactivate it. I’ve contacted support several times but only receive automated responses.

I kindly request assistance from a real support specialist to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I follow all Etsy rules and would like to reopen my shop and continue working.

Check your email both regular and spam folder. They most likely want you to upload a copy of your ID

Thank you, but unfortunately, I am not receiving any emails except automated replies saying that someone will contact me. There are no messages requesting any additional documents.

Request a call back. Because of Etsy legal they won't tell you exactly what's wrong, but they'll give you enough info for you to figure it out.

Hi! Thank you for your help. I am not fluent in English and would prefer to communicate in writing with a real person in support chat, rather than receiving automated replies. Phone calls are difficult for me due to the language barrier, so written communication would be more appropriate. Do you have a contact or can you arrange such communication?

Is your Payoneer account verified and working with Etsy?  Some have problems with the Payoneer account.

Are you using chat?  Stop. Chat does not have much authority to deal with financial issues.  Use email under Contact us.  Send an email and when you get the generic reply back, reply back that you still need help.  You may have to do this more than once.  Don't keep sending new messages.  Just one. 

Partly the issue may be lack of shop policies
