I have raised multiple requests regarding my shop being closed, but each time my case is closed without any response. This is extremely frustrating, as I still have access to my orders, messages, and funds, but my listings are gone, and my shop is marked as closed.
Additionally, my payment dashboard notified me of a declined card, which I have now updated, yet my shop remains closed. I also have pending orders on hold due to payment issues, and I need urgent assistance to resolve this matter.
Please provide a clear response on why my shop is closed and what steps I need to take to restore it and fulfill my pending orders. Ignoring my requests is causing unnecessary delays for both me and my customers.
