My Personal ID still Pending for Verification since 7 Working Days gone.

Hi Everyone,

Can you help me on how many days it takes to verify Personal ID for Taxpayer Information? as almost 7 days gone but still my id is pending for verification. i have mail many time etsy but no response from there side still i am hoping to reply from them.

My shop is still showing closed by etsy due to unverified taxpayer information. it been almost 15 days that my shop is closed. 

Should i go for appeal in this relation to...
