Can someone help!! I've another shop which needs to do the payment verification, And me shop had already been vacation, then support told me to upload the ID Docs, I've re-uploaded, then find out the legal name is wrong, so I tried to edit, but the field is error and I can save the updated data. I've asked the support and give the correct name to him, he said he will update for me.
Yesterday, The system notify me that my shop is suspended!!!!!!!
I've found that they had typed a wrong name with extra fullstops .
Please help!!! this is really frustrated, it's almost one month !!!!!!!!!!!! Any support here can help!
