Good afternoon,
I've responded to ALL my messages in under 24 hours and didn't receive Star Seller this month. This is incorrect. I'd like to know how I didn't receive it this month?

Because you don’t have the minimum amount of $300 in sales for the 3 month period
@HookedbyAmyCreations The criteria is not just for messages.
Star Seller is messages + shipping + reviews + minimum number + total $ of orders. You have no any SS badges for now, so it is not just messages. Also, your "Baby Mean One" could be an issue. You need a license to sell trademarked products.
@HookedbyAmyCreations: Star Seller is calculated and awarded only on the 1st of each month, and on that day it must have been more than 90 days since your first sale, then you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered.
If you met the other requirements and feel that your Message statistics are wrong, have you checked the applicable CSV file available on your Customer Service (previous period for February Star) to see which new Message threads Etsy thinks were unanswered or answered late?
When you look at the file remember that that the dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone), only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller), and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) are updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay. There is also a link to the actual message thread so you can verify if the data is correct or not.
