My Listing are missing from my Manager Account

When you go to my page, my listings are there. But they are not there under my Management account. What did I do? How do I fix it? Is it possible to ever contact Etsy directly for customer support? I have hunted up and down.  I appreciate your help.

@CarolynsAtticOfPlano - I do not see any listings in the shop you are posting from.

For listings, go to the Shop Manager - Listings - then under status choose which listings you want to see - possibly you have saved your items as Drafts? Or they are under Inactive? Did Etsy deactivate them?

To contact Etsy go to Shop Manager - Community & Help - Contact Us - Seller - then choose the best option. You will probably be shown various topics/articles to read from there - look for "I still need help", click on that & you'll be given the link to send a help request email.

Also, off topic but do finish setting up your shop - add shop policies:

Having shop policies is becoming increasingly important, especially if a shop owner should ever need to use Etsy's seller protections.

It sounds like you're looking at your other shop while logged in to this one.

It looks like you're logged into the wrong account. You need to log out and then sign in to the correct account.

I think @PiecesOfMePaperCraft found the answer.

Also you need to ensure the items you are selling meet Etsy terms of sale otherwise you're going to have bigger problems. http://www.etsy.com/uk/legal/sellers/
