My Etsy shop error (possible spam)

I have received messages telling me that my store has an error, the messages do not appear in my Etsy store, I only receive emails telling me to click on a link and that I need to verify my store, but I have already verified my store, has anyone received this message? I feel like it is spam?

They are scams.  Put them in your spam folder.

Almost every new seller has received at least one scam message.   Be aware that you might receive more, just different versions.

If you receive a suspicious message, please proceed with caution. Etsy Support will never ask you to provide personal information via Etsy Messages, such as your email address or password. Any legitimate message from us will show in your "From Etsy" folder.

If you receive a suspicious message, here’s how to report it:

1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your Account.
2. Go to Messages. 
3. Select the suspicious message from your inbox. 
4. Choose Mark as Spam.
