My Etsy helper messaged me with a link to my product

I don't know if this is something to worry about or not but I'm confused. I just got a message from the Etsy helper with a link to one of my products that I just posted. What does it want me to do, or is it a scam?

I just got a message from "Shop Helper" asking me to scan a code. It said my shop was disabled until I scanned the code. I reported it as spam. Hope it wasn't anything real.

there are no 'Etsy helpers'.

Etsy also has no reason to ask you to verify anything by a QR code.

which often have been known to contain malicious code.

if Etsy wants anything from you, you'll get an email or you'll have a banner message from them in your shop.

@PaisleyFilm: Have you actually checked your shop home page? If Etsy had suspended your shop your listings would be hidden and there would be a message put up by Etsy instead.

I just got a message from an account named "ShopHelper" and it sent me a message saying to scan the barcode to reactive my account
I think Etsy should be banning these scammers.

I got the below message 2 times with my newest 2 listings.

If this user is not Etsy, then wouldn't they be breaking the Etsy terms and their account should be terminated.

I have received messages immediately after a sale, as if from the buyer, with nothing but the listing link of their purchase. The message comes from "Shop Helper". It sucks that these scammers are watching our sales.
