My Etsy Shop Page Changed and the info is WRONG!

My shop page changed just now. I guess the "star seller" stuff is not working for some, which I get, but it says I've been a seller on Etsy for 14 years, which is WRONG! I've been a seller on Etsy since beta testing...almost 20 years!! How can I fix this?

Etsy is testing shop front page layouts. Some of the test layouts sound like what you are seeing. I *think* the star is still there it's just not purple anymore or something, not 100% sure. The On Etsy since year is also part of that test layout thing and it seems it can only go up to 14 years. If you search the forums there are many other threads about this. 

Rest assured that not everyone is seeing your shop front page that way. Some of us (like me) aren't in the test and still see your shop as it's always been.

Down below, where it says About DornickDesigns,  it says that you've been On Etsy since 2005.

So it's right in that place, but wrong at the top.

You aren't alone, many have noted the wrong date at the top of the page.

Etsy would have to fix this, no way for sellers to change it.

It feels like just another kick in the gut for long time Etsy sellers!  Etsy doesn't seem to care to fix  it!

Yep! I've been on Etsy since Beta Testing! Why do they keep changing things that don't need changing? I don't get it, either. Ugh!

Oh I've got the wrong date too.  I just don't have the desire to fight Etsy about it.  

And I find the shops with Etsy plus using the colors to be so hard to look at that I stop looking at them.

Oh and SS is being moved around.  I'm in one of the tests now and I see SS present in many shops but showing differently than in the past.

My info is wrong too! I've been on Etsy since 2007. On my desktop my shop says been on Etsy for 14 years. On my phone it says on Etsy for 17 years. This just looks bad in my opinion, if they are going to play around at least get the information correct!

I did report this in a chat, but I'm not holding my breath that it will be fixed. I also stated that it was not just happening to my shop. we'll see.....
