My Etsy Share & Save link doesn't work

You are very welcome, sometime even when you have it on automatic update & install it sometimes misses one and for some reason Etsy sites are blocked as being harmful, when others are not

But that means all customers have to update their laptops etc. before they are able to get onto the Etsy site via this link.

You might try using https://pumpkinweddingdesign.etsy.com.  The https stands for secure.  Don't know if that will get rid of that message, but worth a try.

My situation is that I have google ads set to deliver to my personal link, but because they come from google it doesn't count.

@PumpkinWeddingDesign: As suggested, make sure that you share the link as https://ShopName.etsy.com Other variations should work but may be dependent on the specific browser's security settings.
