Multiple Message Streams and Messages with no connection to Order

We are experiencing a more challenging messaging system on Etsy.  Now we are seeing messages with no connection to the original Order.  Customers are writing to us and not including their name and the Etsy system is not displaying the customer name or order information.  It's a mess!  We have to hunt or guess to figure out who is talking with us!!!  

We heard that Etsy was trying to make it easier to combine messages, but just the opposite happened.  The message system is harder than ever.

Anyone else having that problem?

A word to ETSY:  Please fix this right away or go back to the OLD code for the messages.  It's currently a mess.

@GeojangoSmartMaps: Totally agree with you - the changes were made because some sellers could not be bothered to reply to new message threads but could find the time to complain about the impact on their Star Seller stats, so Etsy went the route to combine most messages into a single thread. We have many repeat customers and often have several different "functional threads" going but now everything is just dumped together with no rhyme or reason and it is nightmare to manage. Plus since the new system only flags that there is a new message in a thread (not how many unread messages in that thread), it is very easy to miss a message if the buyer sent several and you don't take the time to scroll up to check every time.
