Money did not deposit

Wondering what the issue is now? Anyone not getting their money deposited. My money was taken from my shop yesterday to be deposited and should of been there today in my bank account and nothing was deposited. This is now the third time this has happened in the past year.

Etsy says it can take up to 3-5 business days, once it's left your Etsy payment account, so I wouldn't worry unless it's longer than that

What happened the other two times?  I assume you got those?

The issue I had was I had a scheduled deposit for this morning 9/10/2024 and the money was supposed to be in my bank tomorrow. I happened to check my Etsy payment account and my funds are still sitting there showing a deposit date 09/10/24. It is no 9:56 PM CST and no transfer. I chatted with a rep and he said to resend the request which I advised him I cannot do as the request it now button is not there due to a deposit showing for today. He said there is nothing he can do and I will have to wait until next Monday 09/16/2024. I advised him if there is an issue I want it resolved as what if the funds still do not transfer by 09/16/24 and I have to keep waiting. It was like talking to a brick wall!

In the meantime I shipped packages out and feel that I am the one left in limbo. I will check again tomorrow to see if the funds get transferred, if not I will cancel any other orders I get until I receive my funds. I will not have my balance go up with no access to it. Something is not right here.

It can depend on your bank. The problem may be on their end. They may take up to a few days to show the deposit in your account.
