Mock-up purchase not downloaded to file

I purchased some mock-up items from etsy seller and they did not download to my file showing that I purchased them. I also do not know how to add my item into the mock-up. Has anyone else had this problem? Sincerely

@ArtblessingsStudio  : Is this a digital purchase? If yes, you have to do it through a (desktop?) browser not an Etsy app.

Adding the item into the mock up is something you need to know how to do to use it. As for downloading, there should be a link under your purchases and reviews link, and you must do it on a PC or laptop, no mobile devices.

Mobile devices are fine if you’re using a browser and not the app.
