Mix and Match sale problem

Why don't I see Mix and Match sales I set up.  I did at first and loved it, then all of a sudden it disappeared from my shop. i am using Chrome, and Edge, it doesn't seem to make a difference.?

What is a mix and match sale?

It’s in the sales and discount section where you can link 2/3 of your listings and then offer the customer a discount  eg 5% 10 %  etc if they buy those 2/3 listings together.

I don't know why it's being called Mix and Match, as the customer can't mix anything. The bundles are pre-selected by us.

Not everyone can see them. Can you let us know one of the items, and we can check it?

I know it's working for sure, as I had a sale that used the discount.

(I'm assuming you're talking about the "offer listings together" offers.)

I also have the same issue just trying to speak to someone about it now , reported the other day but the agent really didn’t get what I meant about it going missing and not being able to see it when you search your own listings.

@GemCakesofLiverpool: "... when you search your own listings." Do you mean within your own shop (from your shop home page) or do mean site wide search? If the former, that usually means that the listing is not indexed. If the latter, well that is state of Etsy search now - even exact word matches to your title no longer ensure that you will appear.

@LoveNStuff14 you can't see it if you're signed in. I can see mine when I'm signed out or Incognito.

no I’m searching as if I am a customer even from husbands phone . When I first set them up about 2 weeks ago they were showing just under the listing but have since disappeared but still showing as active on the sales and listing section. I’ve reported nad got a ticket number so guess I will just have to wait for support to get back to me .

• I reported this Mix and Match visibility problem to Etsy chat last week, and I was told Etsy engineers are aware of it and are working on a solution. However, there was no time frame for when the sales will be visible on the orange Etsy app. I can see mine on the Edge browser on my tablet, but not on my Android phone.

Let us know which listing to look at to see if we can see it. Since it was introduced, not everyone has been able to see the "buy together" prompts. So it's either a test (which would make sense if you see it when signed out but not when signed in) or it could be a glitch that makes it not show up for everyone. But like I said above, I did get an order where someone used it, so it's not as though it's completely invisible.

I see it in firefox & bing but not in chrome.

It's been like this for a while.

I still like this new feature & I have high hopes because I'm only too happy to offer a small discount to get a combined item sale for some items.

In my Vintage Shop I made some of the 'mix & match' bundles, and at first they were put into a 'on sale' section by Etsy. But noticed few days later that section was gone. After checking, the items were still on the 'mix & match' sales, so I just made my own Section and put all of them in it. Don't know if it's helped as yet, but I do have hope...

@LoveNStuff14 - at first they were working in both Edge and Chrome. Then, they stopped working in Edge. Today, they show up in neither browser. Also, as I have said, for those with large inventory we need to be able to add custom names to the Mix and Match coupons for ease of handling | finding later. So, now none of my Mix n Match show up anywhere in either browser but they are still set as mix and match in the coupons section.
