Yet again my star seller is down for missing processing time which is not correct and which they have acknowledged as a glitch in a series of help emails which just told me they had a glitch and nothing is being done. Another month and another incorrect stat on my star seller - why introduce a mandatory system which is not supported by the data collection done to create the stats? Anyone else have this?
@KilianCellarDoor: "Anyone else have this?" Unfortunately this is an on going issue that has been reported numerous times in this forum where some orders "lose" their processing time.

Why this is a Star Seller metric when you should not be able to publish a listing without a processing time is a mystery.
I don't believe that the underlying data has ever been corrected for anyone experiencing this issue.
