I have been contacting etsy since weeks now. Every time they open a ticket, it closes automatically.
1. Chatting is unavailable since 3 weeks now.
2. Set a free shipping on minimum order is finished.
3. Photos are not being uploaded in the listings (and to send to the clients), an error keeps popping.
4. Sent orders coma back in the orders section.
5. Listings go to inactive frequently.
6. HUGE DROP IN THE SALES
I have no idea how to deal with these problems. There is no one to help. Is anyone having the same issues?
