Good evening,
I noticed that several of my recent messages with customers dated from Dec 31st 2022 haven't been counted toward the calculation for Star Seller.
I have the conversations in my shop with multiple customers (3) on that date and the csv used to calculate the stats toward Star Seller is missing them.
It seems to be a bug in the calculation. Is there a way to fix that?
Thank you very much

Unfortunately it's not a bug and is normal for the last few days of the month. Help Center even says that messages in the last few days may not be counted

"Messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period..."

@TemplyDesign: A message does not count for Star Seller until AFTER the 24 hour reply window has closed regardless of when it was replied to, plus the CSV files and Star Seller stats are maintained in UTC not your time zone so what is December 31 to you may be January 1 to Etsy.
Thank you for this additional context. I wasn't aware of this aspect and the banner showed by Etsy is clearly counting Dec 31st as part of the period so it was misleading.
It does protect sellers against a late answer right at the end of the 3 months period, but it also prevent them from catching up at the end of the month so not perfect in that sense.
Thanks for helping me understand it though.
Best,
Temply
