Had a customer message me the other day to say they had tried to buy two items from my shop but had been unable to complete the purchase. When they came back later to try again the items had vanished from my listings and were marked as sold. Sure enough when I checked they had moved to Sold but I had no sales notification and they are not in open orders. Etsy Help was no help. Anyone come across this and how did you fix it?
