Missing items

I'm missing an entire page of items as of yesterday does anyone know what's going on?

Check your deactivated section in "Listings".

They may have been removed for violating Etsy's policies.

They may have been removed for Intellectual Property violations (example: Swarovski).

They may have been expired by Etsy - there was a glitch that caused listings to last longer than usual, so Etsy is correcting this.

Are they in your inactive section? or expired? a memo was sent to those of us who had listings that never expired that come yesterday--maybe the day before.. that Etsy would now manually expire them unless they were changed to automatically renew, I had a bunch of listings from 2023/2024 that just never expired..Etsy finally caught up to sellers like me who did report it months ago and they took care of it this week.

It is probably the glitch Etsy corrected. Many listings were not renewing but staying listed weeks, months, years past their expiration date. Etsy set them to expire April first. You just need to renew them.

same!  I contacted them so many times over the past year about this and nothing was fixed.  Guess they rolled out a fix today because I just spent over $100 in renewal fees all at once…..ouch!
