I have had a number of customers recently who purchased not long ago and wish to reorder a product. Etsy is not allowing them to check out, saying "delivery to .... unavailable" or some such verbiage.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I'm trying to find a work-around to accommodate these customers.
Not all of your listings say they ship to the EU.
You don´t seem to have shipping to the UE enabled. I didn´see Portugal, France or Spain in the drop down (I didn´t look for all UE countries).
@MaryNotMartha: That is probably a good thing since at least some of your return policies are not EU compliant and would make one wonder if you are General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) compliant.
