My tracking percentage is affected because it is saying that one order is missing a tracking number.

Are you using Etsy labels?
You will have to contact Etsy to get that fixed..Go thru help and follow the bread crumbs to get to the help desk.. depending on if they are backed up or not-- it might take some time to fix. Do not to open up more than one ticket and just keep following thru the original one.

You need to check the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page (last review period for July star) to confirm what Etsy thinks has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes.
Once you are sure which order Etsy thinks does not have a tracking number, what happens if you click on the tracking number link on that actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly.
If that does not work and if the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. If those are correct, has the package been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available.
An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
