I did not receive the Customer Service badge for April, thus did not earn Star Seller. The stat page shows I missed, but below it, the rating for Customer Service is 100%. I downloaded the message report and all messages were marked "YES". So, why didn't I get my badge? Seems like there is some kind of glitch, because this forum has a lot of discussions about missing Star Seller.

In almost every instance it is people not understanding how the program works, that there are minimums that need to be met before they are eligible (not just getting 100% on the individual metrics), and that often when they are looking at the stats, they are already seeing the next month's numbers (May) unless they click on the previous period.
So, where you are looking at the message report, are you making sure you are looking at the information from the previous period and not what is showing in the current (because that's for May)?
You also need to have at least $300 in sales and at least 5 orders in the last 3 months, as per https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403058372503-What-is-the-Star-Seller-Badge
It's clear they have met the minimums, as they have 2 of the badges. If they don't meet the minimums, then they can't get any badges.
Yes, I looked at that criteria and definitely surpassed both sales and orders for the past 3 months.
