Missing Star Seller badge despite the fact that all criteria are met

I met all Star Seller criteria a week ago and still don't see the Star Seller badge under my listing. It's very frustrating because I've had a long journey, I've tried very hard to earn this badge, and I hadn't much time until the next verification period. I tried to contact the Support Team several times regarding the Star Seller badge and still have no answer. It's the end of the month and I didn't get any bad for my hard work. I'm very disappointed with the Star Seller program and the fact that the badge is missing. I have no emails from the Support Team and no clear answer why I didn't earn my badge despite the fact that all criteria are met.

It’s awarded on the 1st of the month. If you meet the criteria you will get it tomorrow

From the SS rules,

Star Seller eligibility will be calculated on the 1st of every month. If you meet the criteria, it may take up to 24 hours for your badge to appear on your shop and Star Seller dashboard.

@KnitBoutiqueMD: "I met all Star Seller criteria a week ago" Star Seller is calculated and awarded only on the 1st of the month. If you qualify on that date (based on the data from the previous three months) you will be awarded the badges and Star. It may take up to 48 hours for the badges and Star to appear.
